Overview

This course is currently available either In-house (2 days) or via Distance-learning as 2 separate courses (equivalent to 3 days) CH2 and PR1.

This Pregnancy, Babies & Children Massage course is designed for Massage Therapists who want to be able to massage pregnant women, babies and children safely and with confidence.

We address how to support the expectant mother throughout her pregnancy and the beginnings of motherhood. Pregnancy massage includes specific adapatations to ensure that the treatments are safe for both the mother and her unborn child. Following the birth, regular massage of her newborn child can address many conditions that are common to young infants e.g. colic, separation anxiety, digestive symptoms.

Please note that non-Aromatherapists may not use essential oils unless under the supervision of a qualified Aromatherapist.
