TSI provide a range of services and this includes, but is not limited to, providing Core training, Post-graduate Training (both In-house and Distance-learning), Taster Courses and examinations, some of which lead to professional qualifications and membership of professional bodies/associations.
Personal data may include name, contact details, address, medical records (where there is a medical condition), copies of qualifications and certificates, video records of examinations, membership data, bank details and any other specifically relevant data.
We retain the personal data processed by us for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was collected. There may also be occasions that will require data to be kept for longer, however, this will typically be for legal purposes. In addition, personal data may be securely archived with restricted access and other appropriate safeguards where there is a need to continue to retain it. We will periodically review this data to ensure that it is still relevant and necessary.
Personal data from our contacts that covers both potential and prior customers, journalists and media contacts, as well as potential and past tutors/staff, is securely archived with restricted access and other appropriate safeguards where there is a need to continue to retain it.
