Our hands are working constantly for us and yet we tend to take them for granted until something goes wrong. Hand massage can prevent problems arising - and hands really are the most accessible part of the body to be worked on, so this therapy really can be offered anytime, anywhere, without the need for special equipment.
Tsuboki Hand Massage is based on the same principles as Tsuboki Face and Tsuboki Foot massage: Massaging a part of the body that has reflexes to the whole, that is easily accessible and using acupressure points and meridians to have effects beyond the hand and beyond the purely physical.
A massage that feels "special" and very relaxing to receive - plus an added bonus - no strain for the therapist!
More than just a hand massage, it includes:
- A detailed warm up to the forearm (as this is where most of the muscles are that control hand movement)
- Warm up and mobilisation of hands and wrists
- A thorough massage on all surfaces of the hands, thus accessing all reflex areas
- 50 acupressure points on 6 meridians on the hands and forearms
In addition, you will learn an emergency point on the hand to use in case of a heart attack and reflexes that can help to speed up weight loss.
